What is the difference between a security deposit and a deductible?
A security deposit is a guarantee required at the start of the rental. No security deposit is required if you have held your license for more than four years. For a license held for two to four years inclusive, the security deposit ranges from €400 to €2,000, depending on the option chosen when booking.
The deductible applies to a serious accident for which you are 100% responsible and which renders the vehicle undrivable. Its amount depends on the insurance package chosen.
For minor damage, such as a broken rearview mirror or headlight, you only pay for the repair or replacement of the damaged parts. The amount depends on the damage and the vehicle.
Therefore, a rental without a security deposit does not mean a rental without a deductible or any additional charges in case of damage.
What is included in the price?
Your rental includes the vehicle, maintenance, unlimited mileage, 24/7 breakdown assistance and insurance according to the cover selected during booking.
Delivery and collection at Agadir Al Massira Airport are included. An out-of-hours surcharge may apply depending on your pickup or return time.
Fuel, optional extras and any applicable cleaning, out-of-hours or delivery charges are separate from the base rental price. Review the booking summary for the total price and applicable charges before confirming.
