Do I have to pay a deposit?
No security deposit is required if you have held your driving licence for more than four years.
If you have held your licence for two to four years, inclusive, the security deposit ranges from €400 to €2,000, depending on the option you select during booking.

What is the difference between a security deposit and a deductible?
A security deposit is a guarantee required at the start of the rental. No security deposit is required if you have held your license for more than four years. For a license held for two to four years inclusive, the security deposit ranges from €400 to €2,000, depending on the option chosen when booking.
The deductible applies to a serious accident for which you are 100% responsible and which renders the vehicle undrivable. Its amount depends on the insurance package chosen.
For minor damage, such as a broken rearview mirror or headlight, you only pay for the repair or replacement of the damaged parts. The amount depends on the damage and the vehicle.
Therefore, a rental without a security deposit does not mean a rental without a deductible or any additional charges in case of damage.
What is included in the price?
Every rental includes full insurance (third-party liability, collision damage waiver and theft protection, each with an excess), unlimited mileage, 24/7 breakdown assistance, all local taxes, 20% VAT and the airport service. You pay for the car and the cover you choose — nothing is added behind your back.
Can I choose an automatic or a manual car?
Yes. You decide everything at the start of your booking: the vehicle, whether it is automatic or manual, the price, and the excess level you prefer. The choice is yours, and the price for each option is shown clearly in the booking form before you confirm.
Is airport delivery free?
Delivery and collection at Agadir Al Massira Airport are completely free, because Agadir is where our head office is based. For pickups in other cities where we don't have an office, a small delivery fee may apply — and you see that amount in the booking form, from the very first step. We believe in full transparency, so there are no surprises at the desk.
