1. Driver Requirements<\/b><\/h2>\n

  • The minimum rental age is <\/span>21 years<\/b>.<\/span><\/li>\n
  • All drivers must have held a valid driving licence for at least <\/span>two years<\/b>.<\/span><\/li>\n
  • A valid driving licence and identification document must be presented when collecting the vehicle.<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Documents reporting a lost or stolen driving licence or identification document are not accepted as substitutes.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    2. Payment<\/b><\/h2>\n

    Payment of the estimated rental amount is required at the beginning of the rental.<\/span><\/p>\n

    Accepted payment methods include cash and credit card. Where a security deposit is required, it may be provided by Visa, Mastercard, cheque or cash.<\/span><\/p>\n

    3. Security Deposit<\/b><\/h2>\n

    Driving licence held for more than four years<\/b><\/h3>\n

    You can rent <\/span>without a security deposit<\/b>.<\/span><\/p>\n

    Driving licence held for two to four years, inclusive<\/b><\/h3>\n

    A security deposit is required. The amount ranges from <\/span>\u20ac400 to \u20ac2,000<\/b>, depending on the option selected during the online booking process.<\/span><\/p>\n

    A security deposit and an insurance excess are different. The deposit is a guarantee collected or secured at the start of the rental. The excess relates to your financial responsibility in the circumstances described below.<\/span><\/p>\n

    Renting without a deposit does not remove your responsibility for damage to the vehicle.<\/b><\/p>\n

    4. Rental Rates<\/b><\/h2>\n

    Our rates include<\/b><\/h3>\n
      \n
    • Vehicle maintenance, oil and vehicle documents.<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Delivery in your locations<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Unlimited mileage.<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Insurance, subject to the selected cover and the applicable rental conditions.<\/span><\/li>\n
    • The vehicle must be returned with the <\/span>same fuel level as at collection<\/b>.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      5. Rental Period and Return<\/b><\/h2>\n

      The rental period is calculated in full <\/span>24-hour periods<\/b>. These periods are not divided into hourly rates.<\/span><\/p>\n

      The renter agrees to return the vehicle on the date and at the time specified in the rental agreement.<\/span><\/p>\n

      6. Insurance and Accident Excess<\/b><\/h2>\n

      Insurance is included in the rental. The applicable excess depends on the cover selected during booking.<\/span><\/p>\n

      When does the accident excess apply?<\/b><\/h3>\n

      The accident excess applies only when <\/span>both<\/b> of the following conditions are met:<\/span><\/p>\n

        \n
      • The driver is <\/span>100% responsible<\/b> for the accident.<\/span><\/li>\n
      • The accident leaves the vehicle <\/span>unable to be driven<\/b>.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        In these circumstances, the excess associated with the selected cover applies.<\/span><\/p>\n

        An accident report must be provided for an insurance claim to be considered. If the driver is not responsible for the accident, no accident excess is charged under this policy.<\/span><\/p>\n

        Limited damage<\/b><\/h3>\n

        For limited damage, such as a broken mirror or headlight, you pay only the cost of repairing or replacing the damaged item, rather than automatically paying the full accident excess.<\/span><\/p>\n

        The amount depends on the damage and the vehicle concerned. This also applies to scratches, dents and interior damage.<\/span><\/p>\n

        7. Vehicle Theft<\/b><\/h2>\n

        In the event of vehicle theft, <\/span>you will not be charged for the stolen vehicle provided that you retain and hand over both the vehicle documents and the vehicle key to Click\u2019n\u2019go<\/b>.<\/span><\/p>\n

        Both the vehicle documents and the key are required to qualify for this no-charge provision.<\/span><\/p>\n
